2. Even police officers have to verify someone’s claims, which is where the “innocent until proven guilty” statement comes from. People lie about these things all the time. All you have to do is Google it. There is a huge movement right now regarding rape and sexual assault, and it’s absolutely ridiculous to think that with all the people coming forward, that there isn’t going to be those who come forward to lie as well. And being objective to a claim does not make one complicit.

 

Is your testimony any different than Anthony's? Can't you be 100% false?

You can't be 100% false on anything. Nobody here should even be speculating this issue. None of us know the details. Your narrative is different than the testimony given already by Anthony.

And regardless of all the info that has been released, Kevin needs to go away for a while after his **** response by coming out because of this. That and the fact that he connected it to pedophile as an excuse which is very dangerous. Especially when LGBTQ are constantly attacked for those ignorances.

Yes, Spacey acted inappropriate if true but he didn't actually DO anything. Spacey needs some kind of therapy, maybe a police report to clear everything -- but the fact that hundreds of people are now gonna be hurt by Rapp's allegation is dumb.

I would never ever ever condone any kind of inappropriate behavior to a minor, but I can't be the only one thinking everyone is overreacting to Rapp's ALLEGATION. Remember, there is literally zero evidence. This isn't how 'justice' should work -- not with others getting hurt in the process. 

But were you a minor when it happened? I'm not saying you're wrong about the Rapp/Spacey situation, but you analogy is off. Everyone is obsessed with the fact that Rapp was a child and Spacey was an adult when this happened. You're situation suggests you and the older guy in question were both adults.
