The bat, the scorpio all exist in her home while she feeds upon oysters. The scorpio, the violet background, the scar are dark elements fundamental of Klein's work which link to mystery and obscure. The meaning behind those photos is that darkness/ obscure can appear even in normal lives (the bath is pretty normal and commune). Also Gaga lives her own mystery through her daily life. And it reflects some truth about how Gaga sees her life now that she is famous. Isolated, but always on display. Living a strange life that no one can relate to, but everyone wants to see. Attempting to hide her weird habits and pain from the world in the privacy of her home, but unable to because she lives a celebrity's life nearly devoid of privacy. That would make a very psychologically freaky video!
