When cases like this have happened before, the incident usually happened several years ago, which could be why it never gets followed up and accusations of golddigging arise. It makes you wonder if it actually happened and got smothered by the powers that be for the sake of reputations. It makes me sick to think some famous men think they can still get away with this stuff. That you can do whatever you like to a groupie because they don't have feelings and don't deserve respect. Those clips were some of the most awkward minutes of my life. If that was my child, I'd be raising hell with the touring promoter. At least when previous incidents like this in concerts happened, it was when the performer thought the girl was at least 18. I think Akon went through a scandal when he grinded on a 14 year old who he brought up on stage but the difference is that he was performing in a club and the girl had used a fake ID, so he was perfectly within reason to assume that everyone in that audience was at least 18, so he felt no need to check. But Nelly deliberately pulled little girls out the audience. That is indefensible. I mean, Katy Perry once asked a guy up on stage and asked: "How old are you? 15? Do you want me to go to jail?" So, I don't know how a man wouldn't possibly think of this. What could possibly be his reason for inviting a child, not even a teenager, a child on stage? And why did she have to hold his glasses? The thing that gets me is, it's not even like these children were wanting/expecting this. They went along to see Florida Georgia Line, a family friendly country act and Nelly's just the tour opener. It's unlikely they even knew these songs he was singing or even really knew who he was. He started out before they were even born, he's hardly their generation. You can see how uncomfortable and uncertain they were about what was going on or what he was going to do. Absolutely appalling.
