To what I understood about her condition, she is not in constant pain. Some days her muscles tense up others she's just fine. She probably postoponed the tour because the constant dancing made it more frequent for her to be in pain but she probably feels a lot better now

Unfortunately with fibro you are in pain AT ALL TIMES EVERY DAY. Sometimes it's just more bearable or more of an aching feeling or something similar. There are days that are fine in comparison but it's basically ALWAYS there
