And? It doesn’t change the irony of any situation. If I were of any another nationality and my country was allied with nations that support that kind of behavior, while preaching the message of freedom for all, I’d still drag the country’s politics. It’s still sad and embarrassing.

I agree on that.

i'm arabian too , and what u r saying is wrong ,

1 -none of the arabian countries boycotted Lebanon as u r saying :)

2 - the egyptian media and lot of egyptians on youtube and social media made a big deal out of it  ( they started it ) , youtube is full of videos of people insulting gays , they were not afraid of the boycott of the other arabian states , we all know the egyptian media , they feed up on this kind of news , they make big deals out of anything :p

3 - all the arabian countries are homophobic , even lebanon :) it's the arabian mentality ( it's shameful to be gay ) , most of the arabian people r hypocrits , they judge people , and think that they r flawless

4 - gays exists in the arab world but gay rights will never happen , :) due to the cultural background

5 - u said "  As country no we can't say we support it or Islamic people and countries will destroy us and boycott us " egyptians themselves will destroy their own country if that will happen ,

sorry if i'm being too honest :)

1. When was the last time an Arabian country aided Lebanon with anything. And why are all the racist homophobic citizens of these countries hating 24/7 on Lebanon then.

2. I already said the media made a big deal outta of it and I don't expect them to be supportive as some of the younger people lol but can't deny the fact that it was trending news on Qatar Al Jazeera ( our enemies XD ) and Saudi Arabia in which all this countries attacking us or just waiting for a moment to protest since the isolation of the terrorist Morsi whom they supported with forces and money.

3. It differs here in an aspect . All Arabian countries are homophobic as a government even if not all the citizens are. Only in Lebanon the country itself allows gay/trans clubs . And transgender people over all . That's skyrocket improvement in the **** hole Middle East we live in

4. It may happen if the US took countrol over the Arabian world xD

5. Egyptians are more peacful and accepting than you can ever think unless you're with beard and burqa xD

Anyway yes homophobia is a great issue here but at least as youth we'll always be accepting and protective to our friends. Sorry if ur culture made you a homophobe xD
