The main symptoms of psychopathy is aggressive behaviors and an absence of affect. They don't feel regret, guilt, or remorse. In fact, it's very easy for a psychopath to function extremely well in modern society. In fact, I would wager that a lot of the most powerful people in the world are likely psychopaths.
