I have a problem with the way she spoke to the editor. If she didn't want to answer the questions (despite knowing fully well what the questions would be like), she could have politely declined. She was just rude and bitchy and I don't think there's any excuse for it.

Fair enough. But remember even Gaga has been rude to interviewers when she didn’t like the questions.

 

People have bad days. We are only human. 

 

Edit - I know the guy was being offensive with his questions, I am not blaming Gaga for her responses, but it could come across as rude also.

I'd hardly compare the two. The question in Gaga's interview was actually offensive. The questions in Taylor's interview were just...British.

I edited that he was offensive in at the bottom of my post. The point is, what each person finds offensive is different for everyone. If there’s a cultural difference then we can’t really blame Taylor for being offended by those questions. Talking about anything on the toilet is a huge taboo for many people in America.

Yes, she didn't have to be disrespectful like that. Also, if I was a famous artist, I would love to answer this kind of questions for once ! All the serious journalists ask the same things, it's boring because you just hear the same answers everytime.

A friend of mine who did security for her when she came to my city said she was a really mean person too. Throwing temper tantrums and all. 

One story he told me was that she walked into a restaurant on a busy Saturday night and told the manager that she wanted him to kick everyone out because she wanted to eat there with her friends. When he said no she freaked out, and started with the whole “do you know who I am?” stuff and threw a fit. Told him that she would blast his restaurant so badly that they would have to close.

No receipts as the questions obviously never made it into the interview. You'll just have to take my word for it.

And I doubt many pop girls would be as rude as that. She has a reputation.mp3 as a snake.gif for a reason.
