PeterPan 0
I think we should focus on categories where she has the best shot like Pop Vocal Performance and Pop Record
bitchimtrying 2,495
Between Despacito, Ed Sheeran and Taylor Swift, she's probably not even gonna get nominated.

Grammys are usually traditionalists, but we're dealing with a different voting system this year so it's hard to guess what will happen.

Million Reasons has neither. At least not to the same extent as those 2 songs. Mariah - Ariana - Rihanna

Wasn't it Dr. Luke/Zedd/Max Martin (i can't remember which one) who said this for the reason it won't do well commercially? Commericial viability structure isn't applicable for the Grammys unless the song is Shape Of You. The song being written "a bit off" should give the voters a refreshing view of songwriting, which is the basis for awarding SOTY (And even ROTY). Firstly, Despacito is nominated in both ROTY and SOTY in the Latin Grammys. Despacito is not even a well-written song. SOTY awards for the songwriting and Despacito is not SOTY material. ROTY maybe but not SOTY. Happy was the biggest song of 2014 and it was snubbed in both ROTY and SOTY
