Secondly, Bernie indeed is not a member of the Democratic Party. Much like Trump was not a member of the Republican Party. So it sort of points to that fact that the candidates in the USA are sort of forced to align with one of the major parties to get elected, and that little is done for the evolution of the two party system. 

However, the two question regarding Bernie and his performance in the Democratic Party should be asked.

1. Why did his message/campaign attract so many voters in the Democratic platform? 

2. Was the DNC committee itself good and respectful enough to the candidate who was already allowed to run in the party and managed to attract so many votes of the Democrats?

No no no no 

Bernie made the Democratic primary unnecessarily nasty. THAT is on him. It hasn't always been like that...

He attracted a lot of young people with promises he knew were never going to come to fruition. To me, that's dishonest. To Bernie/Trump supporters, that's "populism". 

I'm glad to say I voted for the only level headed candidate, Secretary Clinton.

The primary and media coverage was blatantly tilted to favor her. He had an unfair uphill battle. Who wouldn't be grouchy about that? Who wouldn't be grouchy to see the party openly being outed about actively working against you, anointing her with a stupid, irrelevant "lead" of super delegates who should've switched to him at the convention, kicking voters off the roll in areas that leaned toward him and lied and smeared him constantly (fighting and chairs thrown at the Nevada Convention) etc? Hell, they just stopped counting the votes in California with warehouses full of ballots left alone. 

He challenged her. Like opponents do. Again, sorry it wasn't a walk in the park like she expected. If you don't want your shoddy record or your past challenged, then get out of politics. If you want to be in politics, take ownership of your screw ups. Many of which she had and continued to do on the campaign trail.

I definitely wouldn't say Hillary was "classy" in 2008 with her campaign circulating a photo of Obama in a turbin and calling his supporters "Obama Boys," a borderline racist connotation. She "graciously" stepped aside because she knew she'd be handed the placeholder seat o Secretary of State. That was nice of Obama to do. What did she do for her opponent? Absolutely ****ing nothing!

It's not his job to garner votes - it's her's, which she failed at doing. Maybe she actually should've campaigned instead of shmoozing with celebrities and bankers? If she actually cared about garner in votes and bringing his in, she would've made him Vice President, but she couldn't be upstaged. That's why she chose an irrelevant, forgettable nobody like Kaine. 

I'm repeating these talking points because I actually f*cking lived through this battle and saw it first hand everyday, I'm guessing unlike, and that's what happened. 

Bernie made the primary out to be a nasty smear campaign AFTER he realized he wasn't going to win. 

And WOW, the DNC wanted to nominate a democrat as opposed to a non-democrat?! Wow, sooo unfair of these to do. 

Yes, Bernie had an uphill battle. It was not "unfair". Even if EVERY single one of the super delegates votes which switched the Bernie, he STILL would have lost...

The fact of the matter is she ran a campaign that connected with more people. She got more votes than both Bernie and Trump (both my a wide margin). 

If you don't think that woman campaigned hard... buddy... I just don't know how to explain it to you. That woman is one of the hardest working individuals alive. She poured EVERYTHING into that race. There wasn't a moment she didn't dedicate to our effort. And you're going to come on here and pretend she was financing the whole time? And attack Sen. Kaine? He's one of the most honest, level headed, and clean politicians Ive had the pleasure of meeting , but that's a whole other issue.

The main issue here is that Bernie Bros like yourself are still so bitter you're willing to continue STILL to tear down great, hard working Democrats. It's so f*cking sad.

He sat there at the Dem Nat Convention with a grumpy sour face on the whole night. People saw. His people saw. He was coy the whole time towards never Hillary's.

Im not gonna sit here and talk about the obvious ways Bernie was a sore loser and threw the race in Trump's favor. If you don't see it already you never will.
