Smother Em Eh 7,139
It's a complete turn around from what we are used to from Gaga. I know it does not appeal to everyone's tastes. But I personally love it! I have been listening to it and several songs on repeat! The vocals, instrumentals, and the way their voices go together. Now, I am aware it's a cover and not an original, but oh boy it seems like it could be! So tell me below! What do you think of Cheek to Cheek? Get Applause & G.U.Y to 1B views! buttsicle 6,484
I do love the choice Gaga made by making an album with Tony because their voices mend together so well. Problem is I can't get into jazz music that much so i'm a bit undecided but I do LOVE Gaga's voice in the C2C album. WOOHOO YAHAA

Modern Ecstasy2 2,202
Let me say this: Her voice is suited perfectly for jazz. The vocals are incredible. I LOVE the cover of Lush Life (hearing it live was WOW, stunning) and Cheek to Cheek. I went to a couple of the shows and they were not bad at all, just different, like nothing I ever would have expected from her. Overall I am not a fan of the record, I don't ever listen to it. But like always, I have tremendous respect for the range she can pull off...just not for me. “Delete this thread that person is not Gaga he is a hot blonde twink”

Ashley 9,642
I adore it. The sad thing is I didn't fully appreciate or listen to it in full until last year. I was close minded about it being Jazz when it was released so I was pretty much absent that whole era. I didn't attend the tour and that's by far one of my biggest regrets! Especially after seeing videos. I really want her to have another Jazz album so I can get that chance again.

Gaga's voice is very suited for this genre, as is Tony's...but they don't blend well. She basically belts and he basically speak-sings and they don't fit well together; the contrast is very jarring. However, the album is great and full of wonderful classics. Been a long time but I'm back in town, and this time I'm not leaving without you

You could tell her happiness and collab with Tony was straight from the heart. The record is very authentic and raw even just for that reason alone! Get Applause & G.U.Y to 1B views!
