Because (what I think) this is her first "No hold back" look behind the scenes and people are still talking about it. What I can see -from the teaser- the interviewer asks her about how she felt about it. No big deal. Altho I wish she hadn't used it as a promo "teaser" because you know how Madonna fans are... He didn't specify. It sounded to me like it was something pretty big. He was apologizing to his kids saying he's sorry he won't be able to give them everything they want in life because of the loss of this opportunity.
