I personally think she had high hopes for the song - she released it as a Mugler Remix and I'm sure she had plans to release it as a single. She did say it. She used it for the perfume commercial. I think it's trivial to question her feelings towards her own work. She's proud as punch of everything she does, otherwise she wouldn't do it. Even in modern German today, they have replaced ß with double S to be simpler. I honestly didn't see Gaga as someone who will make a fuss of this kind of thing, especially when she is mobile And singing alternate lyrics is common for every artists during live concert. Even some will go as far as using alternate music than whats familiar to fans. Just be happy Gaga didn't do that yet. If you wish for 100% accuracy, just listen to CD tbh.
