Her face is weird because during her tours she always put this awful face tape under her wigs. She did't put wigs since a moment with the Joanne era so now that it's back it seems even weirder. That why her eyes seem pulled back and that makes her facial expressions weird on the JWT videos

A partial refund would make more sense. They still got to go backstage, stand with her briefly, eat food, get special merchandise, see the concert, etc.
