No problem. Michael jackson was also a star in the 90s (black or white, earth song) and I grew up there. I'm a 90s girl. how old are you?

SiliconeMonster 1,617
When I was younger, it was before the whole iPod, personal computer thing, so I pretty much had to listen to whatever my family listened to (especially since my mom wasn't a huge Gaga fan off the bat). I grew up in the prime Disney Channel era so I stanned Selena, Demi and Miley solely because of seeing them on TV. Gaga was probably the first person I actively followed as an artist, yeah. She still is my favorite artist, but nowadays I'm a metal, rock and alternative fan as well. Find your freedom in the music

Anderson123 38,372
I've listened to Marilyn Manson for years but my "pop side" when I needed a break from him was Madonna; Pink and Christina Aguilera as well but not as much as Madonna. Then in 2008 I started listening to Gaga so much that her and Manson were my big two artists and ever since then they still are. I also started listening to Amy Winehouse before Gaga around that time.
