6 million people died under this symbol though. And there are still people who lived through the hell of that time. It's triggering for the holocaust survivors, and maybe even the whole Jewish community. Maybe the symbol doesn't have much impact, but maybe think of others and have so empathy. It's not even 100 years agp

Why do you do this.

"I hate how we give symbols too much power. Not sure about this particular symbol" (because it's related to nazism which is still not dead and caused the death of millions, still too soon, basically the reasons you stated)

=/=

"I hate how we give the swatiska too much power. It doesn't have much impact. It was so long ago, get over it!"

I can have empathy for what happened and still  think that the symbol can be reclaimed for good. I just don't believe symbols should hold so much power over us that we are afraid to use them when in-fact the symbol is even used to this day in many Asian countries in a totally different context.

Yeah but this store is targeting Western countries and even some asian people who used it in the past don't use it anymore due to this

I am German and I think it is absolutely disgusting to use this hateful symbol in any commercial way!

If I would see someone wearing one of these abhorrent shirts here in Germany, I would immediately call the police to press criminal charges against this piece of scum!

What is comming next?

A "KKK" shirt in the style of "club couture" or the "ISIS flag" in a stylish rainbow edition?!?

Seriously, some of you spoilt little brats seem to have absolutely no tactfulness...

@Melech

The death toll of WWII is so much higher. It is estimated, that between 60 and 80 million people died during WWII:

This Western store is one thing, but people shouldn't tell Asian cultures what to do in this situation.

"Hey guys, we borrowed your ancient symbol and screwed it up. Also, you're not allowed to use it anymore!"
