Nono 3,576 Posted August 6, 2017 Share Posted August 6, 2017 Its really sad, how one of the brightest stars exploded and turned into a mess... its a shame she cant pull of a Gaga( after ARTPOP) because as we all know she is not that talented. When Dr. luke disappeared her hits and Katy Perry persona disappeared with him. She lost everything people wanted from her and became something they never wanted from her. Maybe this new Katy is the real "her" as she says but I dont believe her at all. I think she needs yet to find herself even tho she is 30+ years old. You can be profitable for not being who you truly are and that was Katy Perry her whole career... she was everything what people wanted from her and now when she isnt people left her. I would applaud Katy if this "new" look and everything was iconic and actually "new" but it isnt... Miley did it BETTER and FIRST with bangerz and actually shocked the world... Christian Worship music are kind of big in Spotify (and they're huge here in the Philippines) so i'm guessing a Gospel-pop record may bring back her back to full respect from the people. She may not know this but i've heard and seen a lot of people really love Katy Perry's strong, acoustic ballads. Especially Thinking Of You, my gosh that song was so popular here back then.
