I actually kind of like it just being her on the stage just moving around. I suppose the visuals (the smoke and lights) could be more colorful? But because it's such an intensive song, it's not like it can have a ton of choreo or something, and while we know that Gaga's great at technique and controlling her voice, it's probably difficult if she does a lot of movement, so I think that's why it's mainly just her moving around the stage. I can see why see put it at the beginning of the setlist too She's probably worn out by the time she gets to Million Reasons and she having such a difficult song to sing at the end, it would have been even harder.
