Were made up of immigrants In fact Toronto by many measures ranks #1 most multicultural city in the world no long history of chattle slavery or civil war and global imperialism. very good canada, the cultural rifts dont seem anywhere near as severe as the US wiki statistics on demographics look like its pretty homogeneous in canada aside from the 2 you mentioned. mostly people of european descent and dont have to deal with a mexico type of nation on their borders where immigrants flood in from. from the wiki stats it seems the biggest minority in canad is chinese at like 5 percent.
