I'm a radio host, on a Top 40 station. I try to play Gaga as often as I possibly can, giving her the promo she deserves. However, we all know that the GP doesn't really care about hearing her songs anymore.. From the day Joanne was released, I was SO SO SO sure DIC was gonna be a single. I was picturing myself playing it and being slayed by her new hit. We all know this did not happen. By Christmas, the instrumentals from Joanne came out. Since this day, almost daily, I use the instrumental of DIC when I'm on air.. It's my way of honoring the soul of poor DIC No one knows i'm using a Gaga instrumental, and people here have told me they liked that beat I was using to host sometimes. Everytime I use it, I tell myself I'm playing with people minds, and if she releases it someday, they will be used to the sound of it, PEOPLE. WE LOST A #1. I AM TELLING YOU.
