Paul McCartney banned from Reddit for sharing photos from his intimate LA show

On Friday,  the 83-year-old former Beatle hosted his first of two concerts at the Fonda Theatre in Hollywood, Los Angeles. After the show, which prohibited phones, McCartney wanted to gift his fans on the r/PaulMcCartney subreddit with some photos and videos from the performance. He (more likely his team) uploaded a Dropbox link filled with goodies and invited fans to share them on social media with the hashtag #PaulRocksTheFonda.

However, before the post could attract any sizable attention, McCartney's account, u/paulmccartney, was banned from the page and Reddit entirely.
