Because I ordered the Moon Records edition of The Fame on eBay a week ago, and it still hasn't been shipped. So, the seller sent me a message this morning, apologizing for the delay in shipment and offering a 50% refund because of the delay. He said he gets a shipment of The Fame from "the manufacturer" tomorrow.
