Her music is great Her latest effort is a masterpiece What do we want more from her? I think she is overrated a bit, just because she usually has a team behind her that puts on the show and album together for her, she's just the driving force behind what she wants done, but she's been stealing, sorry borrowing stuff from other performers and singer for years, she's not that original. I wouldn't go that far, it all depends on personal taste, there are still living legends that tour and put on a great show, she is just the most mainstream and has most media coverage right now. I mean Madonna is still alive, so is Janet, U2, the list goes on. She has a great vocal control and breath support. Again, depends on personal taste. I don't like her music that much, especially the older stuff. The album was cool, I could listen to it from the begining to the end, not a rule when it comes to her music. But there's far better albums out there from past few years - To Pimp A Butterfly, My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy, Blonde, Black Massiah,... I want her to stop lip syncing. She's an artist who uses controversy about her cheating husband and her kids and family to sell stuff and get a hit, how is that different from using a gif? It also would make sense, a 2018 release. That's two years after Lemonade so it seems reasonable. Plus, she could always just push it back and do a regular tour-style performance at Coachella without new material if need be. It's not like her team needs it as a marketing platform like Gaga did with The Cure, let's be real. and let's also not discount how difficult it is to make a cohesive, singular vision out of the countless number of artists she employs. Plus, she doesn't use ghost writers; they get credit so I don't really see what the problem is with her using writers. I'd rather have good writing and singing than shitty writing and good singing.
