Ariana Grande cancels concert in Mexico on its actual day

After Ariana Grande performed in Mexico City a few days ago, she was supposed to perform in Monterrey, Mexico tonight and tomorrow, but both concerts were cancelled just this morning.

Zignia Live posted on Facebook that the cancellation was because of "unexpected circumstances", but they gave no additional information. Ariana Grande hasn't tweeted or posted anything about this situation.

I live in Mexico, and you should see the reactions of people here... A lot of fans had more than a week camping outside the venue, and people from all over the country traveled there and arrived this morning, just to find out about the cancellation. Some are sad and some are angry. Nobody from Ariana's team said anything to them. Zignia Live's post has been the only information they have received.

Most people went home already, but some fans remain outside the venue, still hoping that everything turns out to be a lie.

Theres a rumor going on that the arena had a Disney on Ice show the days before and they went off schedule removing the ice, and when Arianas team got there it was still wet and couldnt lay out her stage for the tour.

Why is anybody waiting for a concert for a week near the venue?

Sugar, spice, and everything nice.

tbh that's just stupid. Camping in front of a venue weeks before the event? like please.... have some common human sense. Yes she's a star but at the end of a the day she is a regular person like all of us..

I remember when Gaga was huge during her Monster Ball days, people camped out here for her back to back sold out concerts. Sadly nowadays she only stops by once due to the low demand I guess. Back then she had three sold out tour dates for TMBT.

I heard people were camping for more than 3 months before one of Justin Bieber's concerts (or was it 1D?). It's a pretty common practice in some places when the crowd is mainly composed of teenagers. I wonder if they have like... a life :what:

She's doing three dates in NYC at a baseball stadium this summer (42k capacity)... a much bigger venue than Madison Square Garden (20k), where she stopped for the other tours.
