n0ne 13,105 Posted July 15, 2017 Share Posted July 15, 2017 I jokingly thought of the idea to doing a megarate of the top Megarate hosts and participants but some of y'all were really here for it; so I'm posting this thread to see if there is actual general interest and who to nominate. So basically post whether you are here for this/think it's a good idea. Plus the best and your favorite Megarate Hosts and Megarate Participants. *The rules/background are* Each of you can nominate(post) 1 person for Best Host or Best Participant, if you see the person has already been nominated(posted), don't repost them. Show your support by liking the comment where they were initially mentioned. The 10 most liked Host nominee posts and the 10 most liked Participant nomine posts will become the competitors in the actual Megarate. Spoiler some of y'all will still break this rule, so if need be I will accumulate the amount of comments a nominee gets as well. Criteria to keep in mind when deciding which hosts and participants to nominate: creativity/distinction(features and comments), how often they host or participate in Megarates, and their Megarate popularity (For hosts: do their Megarates get a lot of participants/comments? For Participants: Do they get a lot of featured comments in results? Do they get a lot of likes/tags in the results ceremony?) *Additional Information* Spoiler The best hosts and the best participants will be part of the same ceremony, but they won't be competing against each other. It will be Hosts versus each other and Participants versus each; Not Hosts versus Participants. I don't know if it's the most fair to have someone nominated for both categories, so once the results are clear @juju (my co-host) and I will deliberate what to do. Remember to have fun and keep it nice and calm. You can nominate anyone you want including me and @juju, we won't fix the results like some government officials We are still working on the full details on what the Megarate will entail, but once it is figured out.
