I originally had it included, but her live performances are way better than the studio version and I don't think the studio version is as vocally versatile and strong as the options included.

Applause is there and it has no vocal quality lol

Umm the bowie-ese vocals and the high notes, and the shouty vocals during the chorus say hi :sure:

"My people… need to let our bitchiness out. Otherwise, it turns to bile and poisons us"

Perfect Illusion.

The fact that Applause has 0 votes though. The song has very strong and theatrical vocals.

I'd say perfect illusion, but that's because I listen to Gaga all day every day tbh, and I have had time to reflect on it.

But my favourite vocals on a single is Yoü and I :kara: I just love that ****ing song, I'm getting giddy thinking about it.

REALITY

I'm stuck between Million Reasons and Perfect Illusion. They both showcase her amazing voice, but in two very different ways.

Million Reasons is more mellow and allows for her to have a bit more control with it—except some live performances when she goes all out with it, which I adore :flutter: But because it's a ballad, in nature it'll tend to showcase her vocals a bit more.

Perfect Illusion on the other hand emphasizes her ability to just let loose and completely put in the rawness and emotion within her song—not to say MR didn't. The song itself strains her voice, which is one reason why I think she doesn't perform it all that much, but you can tell that she's able to control her voice while at the same time keeping it loose and raw.

I guess though, from a technical standpoint, Million Reasons showcases her vocals better, so I voted fro that one.

Marry The Night those rapid, high belts beats everything she has released as a single.
