Is Gaga planning a tribute for the Manchester victims at the JWT?

from the recent Billboard interview

some people are saying that she is implying that she might have an actual tribute to the victims at every show of the tour (like a video or special performance) but I honestly feel she was just saying that she will perform keeping in mind all of the victims to sort of inspire her and the people who will be at the show to stick together and be kinder to each other 

to me, it doesn't sound at all like "I'll be making a tribute to them at every stop of my tour"

what do you sistrens think?

Is there a possibility that something like that could happen again? I was at my brother's for Memorial Day after it happened and he said "Oh, [my name], you're going to her concert, right? You better be careful; Lady Gaga is a big target." I keep thinking about how fun the concert is going to be but I have this constant fear in the back of my mind.
