They were born hours ago and are probably wondering where the **** they are. Gender is something that can be handled in the future. Sex is something that needs to be consistent with a human. That is far more important than socially constructed issues which the baby MIGHT face LATER on in life when old enough to make a decision for themselves, if that's even their life. This "discover by yourself" is no good. But YEAH kids must have the freedom to choose if he/she identifies with the opposite gender.
