She will receive $1M after taxes. Management, band, sound, personal assistants, transportation, etc. are expenses that are gladly covered by organizers. Her personal check will be $1M + taxes she would have to pay on earnings. If she's in let's say 35% bracket, she'll get ~$1.35M or so to cover the taxes, so she can receive the agreed amount.
