Joanne being this high on iTunes indicates that the documentary is watched by a lot of people of the GP who love it so much that they are buying the album.

I really hope that the documentary stays as long as possible on the front page of netflix. It seems people are really interested in it!

Yeah + the fact that countries, which left Gaga during BTW like The Netherlands or oceania, are responding so well it's another great factor.
