it didnt fully happen, it's still happening, more people are discovering joanne now and they are buying it.. which means it still didnt reach everyone, so it still has its chances ! (my philosophy )

There is no point in releasing another Joanne single. It's just like that TIHTY Oscars situation.

Releasing a single costs money and Joanne/DIC/JAD/MR (Work Tape) won't bring any profit.
