This is probably the most promosensitive album she has had. Literally some Celebrity could mention liking the album getting interviewed at Ellen and it would shoot back up into the 100's of iTunes.

its mostly because this is her most '' normal '' , general public and family friendly album she ever done. 

people are not afraid to buy it or so... 

she could milk this album even more if she wants to and this album would still sell

"Gaga: 5Foot2" is filling Joanne's sails with some strong tailwind, I see.

It's remarkable how well this album responds to any sort of promotion.
