I'm sure she doesn't want to overwork herself and that is completely fine. We are so focused on the tour and 'only' 60 dates but we have to take into consideration that she hasn't stopped working since last October literally. Album release, performances, Super Bowl, ASIB, Coachella and then the tour. 

There was no proper rest and it's fine if she wants to end the tour in 2017
