It's just not a very good song on top of the fact that it wasn't very commercial. I will never forgive those stupid radio hosts that got to hear it a month in advance and hyped it. If I was a radio host and listened to it before it came out I would have contacted Interscope and told them I wouldn't support the track. But honestly nothing else would have been much better. MR would have only done well as a 2nd single and thankfully it did.

Yeah at the end of the day Perfect Illusion was one of the few choices for the lead. For MR they should have waited October, i can't see it working in early September where is still summer in US and in Europe. Maybe A-YO could have done better than PI though.

Agree. 

Perfect Illusion was the one with most lead worthy. 

Joanne is not singles album. Its just an album body of work. 

I dont blame anyone. 

But i would love some Dancing in Circles as single now just to make happy to fans. Cmon you wont lose anything...

PI was a mistake, but if they had release it with a proper strategy it would do way better because of the huge buzz she got that time

Yeah I checked the Spotify data we have and it was like 5k units.
