Plus she hosted the VMAs, had discounts like MR and had Saturday Night Live like MR. MR had slightly more performances but not considering the SuperBowl i think we're on par with money spent on them.

Anyway yes, but me as a fan don't gloat over MR reaching #4. I mean, we know MR can't absolutely be compared to Applause reaching #4, for example.

And yes, I agree with what you said about Applause and MR.  It's irrelevant to the other posters' message that SS is Top 10 and the other song is Top 10. Who cares about if it's discounted?  We certainly didn't care when MR or The Cure were and did good. That was my point. But lets just move on. Have a good day.
