or maybe Live Nation and Interscope just don't want to risk it due to the under-performance of Joanne in Asia and South America.

She's probably thinking that she has enough money, more than she can ever spend in her lifetime, and she is putting her life and her health first. She's not trying to set a record so that a few stans can brag about it on ATRL.

She doesn't want to do it, of she would have added dates a couple of months ago. She doesn't care about bragging rights. It's silly!
