Just because Kesha is serving her best vocals on Praying doesn't mean it's vocally an advanced record. Her best vocals don't equal the best vocals (no shade intended).

Also, the revivals of Million Reasons might finally do it some justice  while Praying is barely one month old and too early to judge.

Kesha certainly adds to the competition this year, nobody is willing to deny it.

 But to act as if the Grammys have suddenly found in Kesha the most prominent contender is a  

She has the same hard competition to overcome to get on the nomination list, she has nothing guaranteed and the Grammys have never seemed to really welcome her old music.

Also, to celebrate Joanne's iconic comeback on BILLBOARD 200 this week, let us thank the record for one of its biggest achievements.

What we must all be grateful for is the fact that Joanne has lifted some Tony Bennett obligations off our legacy 

Gaga now has sold 10 million albums in the USA alone with only her solo studio records. No Bennett collaborations, no A Very Gaga Holiday, no The Remix 

Just: The Fame (4,7 millions), The Fame Monster (1,6 millions), Born This Way (2,4 millions), ARTPOP (775k) and Joanne (548k) take it slightly over 10 millions alone!
