While I can imagine her playing new song(s) at JWT and even at The Dive Bar (tho unlikely), I would not place any bets on it being an iTunes release along with Spotify payola and/or radio payola ala The Cure.

I still could see it happen that Interscope wants to push Gaga more on spotify/keeping her relevant by releasing stand-alone singles while she is doing projects where she doesn't have that much time to promote.

I mean, I get Gaga has always played new songs at her tour without releasing them officially. I remember her saying that she thought these songs were not one of her best works hence not including them in any record/officially releasing them. The way how she treated TC suggests she felt similar but TC still got an official release.
