The Cure did good. Better than some of her lead singles. It's only natural that she is a human and needs a rest, and it's obvious by now what was the purpouse of that song.

Well, while Perfect Illusion outpeaked it, The Cure definitely did better than PI... But if you think it did better than ANY of the other four songs, then you're a delulu

You really think the ASIB lead single is gonna come out early 2018?  I doubt it.  And I'm very skeptical about this idea she won't release anything between now and the release of ASIB.   She just dropped The Cure out of nowhere.  How can you be so sure there will be no new music between now and then?

Because the new music she worked on was for ASIB's soundtrack and the ASIB film comes out mid 2018 no? so of course there will be a lead single to the movie released about a month or two before the film like every first single from a soundtrack for a movie though. We could possibly get another track to hold us over until the ASIB lead single but I highly doubt that since she will want to build a bit of "anticipation" for the lead. Apparently even The Cure was initially for ASIB but they dropped it and replaced it with a similare song called "Heal Me" and because of that Gaga did not want to waste TC and released it. I don't think we will be so lucky a second time...just expect nothing as everything is pointing to that. We just need to wait until the ASIB lead single.
