It's pretty stable on itunes and it's slowly growing on radio, plus its climbing and also stable on BB, keep in mind is not being promoted. Give it time . Gaga's been on lockdown for two months filming ASIB., so she hasn't performed the song since it debuted at Coachella, a performance very few people saw. There's no music video. Considering all this, I think the song has actually done pretty well for itself.
