Forecast doesn't look so good. I mean Taylor doesn't really have all that much to lose, and is obvs gaining more from this than Katy has, currently.

Literally Taylor has never name-dropped Katy but here Katy is doing it twice within one album cycle.

That's nice, but Taylor's team would never let Taylor admit to any level of pettiness or bitterness even if Taylor wanted to, because its part of her brand as America's indelible sweetheart  

Taylor started it, used the ambiguity of their feud to help promote her album and Bad Blood the track (letting rumors hang in the air, not confirming/denying, but also tactly confirming) then acted like it didn't happen. You guys can do your research if you want. Katy was totally right to feel miffed, so yeah Swish Swish (which is like, almost certainly about her, just like the several vague tweets shes made the last few years) happened. Don't blame her for it, but at least shes publicly stating that she wants it to be over. Swish Swish might be a single, but I don't actually see her going out of her to promote the track too  

I get the impression from Taylor that her image, fans and sales are of supreme importance to her. Which is good and bad. Good because she cares about her career, but bad because she will let very important or even bad things slide under the radar if they have the potential to tarnish any of these things... even a little  So even if she knows this is petty and does want it to end and to make up with Katy, I feel like she won't do anything about it  Just based on her past behavior. Hope I'm wrong though.
