Was Gaga ever a popstar of the decade tho?

She was biggest at the turn of the decade, which definitely didn't work out in her favor. She came out too late in the 2000s to do much there to be counted one, and she didn't manage to maintain HUGE momentum after 2010s. 

I'd say the prize would have to go Rihanna for 2010s, at least that's how I see it.
