Yes, though I was mostly focusing on Western countries where muslims form one the lowest classes on the economic ladder. An environment giving little chances (which is also the case in the ME and Northern Africa, e.g. Tunisia) combined with a feeling of big injustice and conservatism towards their 'roots', trying to find back who they are culturally, and people trying to find a place to fit in (like many gays might do on a place like GGD/ATRL) all attribute to muslims in particular being very prone to radicalizing. They proudly stood in their hijabs, holding signs that read: #turntolove #isis=enemiesofislam and #isiswilllose #lovewillwin. There were only about 4 of them, but what an impact, they were in the background on a BBC news report. It's great to see good Muslims condemning the actions of those who dare to utilise their religion as a vehicle for hatred. It takes bravery to stand in public bearing such signs of protest, but worth the risk for the amazing message it sends to anyone doubting the true face of the Muslim community. Maybe the official BBC YouTube channel will upload it later, perhaps? But it was basically a reporter talking to the camera and these women were standing behind the police tape, just in view of the camera, making sure their signs were seen. I'm sorry but their government is practically letting terrorists in their country. They cannot protect themselves. You cannot just let anyone from any country in. Face it, people need GUNS. Imagine how quickly those terrorists could have been defeated if a few people had protection on them. Something NEEDS to be done about this. We can't keep letting people be killed because they stand for or represent Western values and society. Truly sickening. I am flying to London on Wednesday from Texas and I will be vigilant. The police were on the scene and the attackers were taken down within 8 minutes of the initiation.
