I saw this article on Billboard and really thought it was a wonderful read and wanted to share.

Whether you're a fan or not, I recommend you give it a read.

I've always loved and enjoyed Rihanna. Honestly, she deserves it all. She's worked so hard to become a modern icon  and in some ways, I still think she's underrated, especially after 'Anti', which is super underrated as it is. 

I love how this article really explains how Rihanna has always been a trendsetter in music. My delusional hope is that after the success LOTB has had, it starts a new trend soon haha.

Just because someone may not be talented at songwriting doesn't mean they don't deserve recognition.

I honestly DO love her, she is one of the (for sure) 'coolest' and 'realest' in the game. Her voice is slowly improving and she's showing how multi-faceted she is. 

HOWEVER, I do think that putting her on the same level as Madonna is a bit of a stretch. Madonna (just like Gaga is) was a movement (you can't deny that). I don't really see Rihanna as a bigger than 'music'-movement. She's just ****ing cool and talented, and that's it kind of
