well he called Frank Ocean a f*ggot one or two years ago and he has a long history of violence towards women, not only Rihanna.  he doesn't change.

the quote is referring succes, not physical and emotional abuse. if an artist is an ass*ole, we have every right to disscuss that. artists shouldn't be allowed to have any kind of careers after abusing other people.

So it's a whole cycle? Let's abuse the abuser ? We can't be better than the abuser? So what should do a person like him - maybe just die ? Or that's rude of me to say? Call me stupid if u want, but I actually believe in redemption & spiritual growing.  Maybe that's not the case with Chris, I honestly don't care about his personal choices, I'm interested in his musical persona. 

and by bling I clearly meant the media & it's endless over-exposure. The so-called media are not a bunch of word-abusers on their own ?

it's not "abusing the abuser" it's punishing abusers for their actions. you abuse someone = you suffer the consecuenes.

so do i, but when someone beats others and continues to have a history of violence and bigotry, i have no simpathy for them, i know they won't change. most abusers don't.

I mean sure, but in this case, Chris Brown has shown no signs of improvement, he's actually has just continued being an asshole this entire time. I'd prefer if we call him out on his bullsh*t rather than pretending like nothing happend.

Same tbh. I used to like his music until I found out about what he did and I just couldn't listen to it anymore. It's not even that I purposefully am boycotting him, I just am repulsed by him. The only song from him I listen to is Rihanna's Nobody's Business because it's rih's song and it happened after the abuse so if she has forgiven him enough to do a song then all I can do is bop to it

When was actually the last time you heard that he was violent? He is a father now, I don't believe he hasn't changed even a bit since.

What about R. Kelly - do u think of him as an underage rapist everytime u hear his track? Kanye West - giant ego maniac? Kid Cudi - violent after using substrances? Lauryn Hill - tax fraud? Lil Wayne - illegal gun posession? Is it better when we label exactly what's wrong with people? Just thinking out loud.
