But of course they don't have a leg to stand on. Not after they elected a President who admits to sexually assaulting women, a President who spent the entirety of his campaign inciting violence against reporters, his critics, and his political opponent, and a President who uses his power in the oval office to condone horrific acts of violence. Donald Trump told his supporters he would pay their legal fees if they beat up protesters. "If you see somebody getting ready to throw a tomato, knock the crap out of them, would you? Seriously. 'kay. Just knock the hell... I promise you, I will pay for the legal fees. I promise." Donald Trump once, not so subtlety, called for the assassination of Hillary Clinton. “If she gets to pick her judges, nothing you can do, folks, the Second Amendment people — maybe there is, I don’t know.” Donald Trump recently praised Duterte's "unbelievable" cold blooded murder of drug addicts. I mean I know people literally told the secret service to arrest her, but I mean... as striking as the image was, she should not have posted it in the first place if she couldn't stand behind it. The second part of the Twitter caption read something like a disclaimer anyhow - "not wishing death on anyone, don't advocate violence, I'm just mocking the Mocker-in-Chief."
