I Have Never Listened to ha

so give me songs I should listen to from ha / albums

I'd advise listening to her albums in full and in this order - Born To Die -> Paradise -> Honeymoon -> Ultraviolence.

I suppose if you want a small taste of her general sound, here's some songs that are kind of fan favourites and some of my personal faves -

Born To Die
Diet Mountain Dew
National Anthem
Lolita
Ride
Cola
Ultraviolence
West Coast
Music To Watch Boys To
High By the Beach
Freak
The Blackest Day

Actually, I like her Lust For Life sound the most since Born To Die. I'm so hyped for this album.

Her airy and hauntingly beautiful vocals on Ultraviolence were literally the reason I started stanning Lana.

YaaaaaaaAAAAAaaaaAaAAaAAASSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS

Ultraviolence actually got me into Lana  BTD actually made me thing she had this monotone and always the same sound so I was at first skeptical to listen to her, but UV and it's visuals just called to me in a way, and it was so unique and beautiful

She hasn't lost her touch AT ALL; Best American Record is an example of her artistry still standing strong :tony: And she said LFL will be more pop-y for the fans, so...

The Most Popular Girls in School megarate is cancelled!

Absolutely. Honeymoon is her worst album but it was still pretty good tbh. But her new tracks are  average

Her music has been going downhill ever since Paradise. Nothing she puts out ever compares to Born To Die and Paradise. High By The Beach I liked a lot

Wyd that's one of her worst songs :poot:

Idk what happened. Ultraviolence and Honeymoon were so unique and haunting. Now she's somehow repeating herself from BTD. It feels boring.

Ultraviolence for me is ok I like it but it was very underwhelming and I don't really get why people love it so much, but Honeymoon is her most underrated and imo her best and most consistent album to date. These past few singles she has released off LFL have been questionable tho :poot:

Nope, she's still awesome.

Everyone wants her to make the same thing over and over again but then they also complain when she does just that.

As Lana's biggest fan, I can admit my worried.

My favourite album of hers is Ultraviolence and I love BTD and Paradise, Honeymoon is my least favourite but I still enjoy it for what it is.

However I've been fully convinced of the intent of her vision during every single release of anything, video, song, lyrics from any other era.

The LFL era seems weirdly inconsistent and lacking a theme so far.

I do think though, and hope, that everything will make sense once she releases the album. I mean if it's gonna be as lengthy as she says (18 tracks at least) there's room for many elements, and every idea she's introduced may be better developed.

She gave us this retro space, twilight zone weird aesthetic then released lust for life which seemed completely different.

Either it all comes together or she is just losing her ability to edit herself and deliver something cohesive. Time will tell.

I love Lana so much and I've always felt she has something that others don't have, but with her new songs, I've heard nothing unique. Not that they're bad, they're just nothing special.

Ultraviolence was pure gold, Honeymoon was a gift from the gods.. but I don't think the mainstream sorta sound that she's going for with Lust For Life suits her. She's a completely unique artist who stands out amongst all the other Queens in the music industry.. tbh I think for LDR6 she should go back to her older sound but I still do love what she's doing this era.
