Absolutely no hope for the Muslim dominant countries of S.Asia and SE Asia. I mean Bali is v accepting of LGBT, but rest of Indonesia are still quite homophobic.

 

In Malaysia, there is an ethnic discrimination of Hindus going on, gays are a distant reality.

 

Queen Jetsun Pema and King Jigme Wangchuk could also play a big role in Bhutan's history.
