Her friends (including Sonja) are the reason we even have Gaga today, and you expect her to do promo instead of what she's probably been doing; spending time with her best friend in her last days. If it was at the start of an album cycle or something I'd expect her to promote it more, but "The Cure" felt like more of a little project or fun experiment when I heard it. Now that Sonja died, everyone is saying the song is about her. Why? For everyone saying things like "her best friend died, don't be rude talking about promo", I don't think the OP or any of us is being rude.
