Nowdays radio is just a form of promotion for the song but it should not have this much impact on charts. The cure still has a chance of a second life like MR did after the superbowl, atleast in the US and it would be stupid to just keep ignoring the song even when she is done with ASIB. She should ofc shoot a video if that's not done already but after that is there really any relevant place to promote, atleast in the US? Rupaul Finale PD: But thinking about it is not that bad of an idea, is a niche show with very low live audience, but is followed by millions of huntys around the world, and have a very dedicated fanbase that also most likely likes Gaga.
