I wish there are some form of promo with Gaga and her team. Its longevity proves that it has potential to be a summer hit. There is literally no news of the music video. The truth is that both labels HAVE to invest big money (talking in millions of course) when promoting names like Gaga and Katy. That is for sure. But it's not about who invested more, it's about ROI or return on investment that counts. Who brought more profit from that invested money.
